Orders

When will my order be shipped?

All orders will be shipped in 1-2 working days. Once your order is sent you will be receiving email with tracking number of your order.

Which countries you ship to?

We are shipping to EU countries only. You will not be able to complete the order if your address is outside EU. 

What are the shipping costs?

For normal delivery price is 7 euro, with Posta Slovenije. And for express delivery is 15 euro with UPS. 

What is delivery time?

For normal delivery the time is 2-7 days depending where in Europe are you located. For express delivery is most of Europe 1 day, with few exceptions 2 days. 

How can I track my order?

Once the shipment is processed and sent out, tracking number will be sent to your email. 

When is shipping free?

All orders above 99,90 euro will have free delivery.

Which country are you shipping from?

All products are shipped from Ljubljana, Slovenia. 

What payments are accepted?

We only accept payments with credit cards. All major cards are accepted.

Do you have 3rd party lab testing?

Yes, all our products are tested in IFHA (Institute for Hemp Analysis) Vienna, Austria. 

Can I return the product?

Company has 14 days satisfaction guarantee policy. So, you need to inform us latest the 14th day after placing the order to our email and we will reimburse your purchase.

Are the products bellow 0,2% THC content?

Yes, all are products are bellow this level, according to EU regulation.

What is CBD?

CBD is term used for cannabidiol, a naturally occurring chemical compound (also known as a cannabinoid) found in hemp plants. It works with your body ECS or endocannabinoid system.

Full spectrum or whole plant CBD production is as it suggests, extracted from the whole plant and as such contains all of the natural cannabinoids and terpenes found in the hemp plant.

What is ECS (Endocannabinoid System)?

The ECS (Endocannabinoid System) is a biological system composed of endocannabinoids, which are endogenous neurotransmitters that bind to cannabinoid receptors. The ECS may be involved in regulating physiological and cognitive processes, various activity of immune system, neural functions and many others.
